Rapid prototyping and production

This year we offer our customers the possibility for rapid prototyping. We use 3D printing techniques and routing for rapid prototypes. All models can be spray painted in the colour and structure you like. Rapid prototypes can also be used as a master for a mold. In most cases we use a flexible mold to reproduce a negative of the master model. The mold can be used for reproduction small to medium size productions. In most cases we use RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) to inject polyurethane or an other kind of 2K plastic under vacuum in the mold. With this technique it is possible to make affordable reproductions.

We also offer our clients a PCB (printed circuit board) service. We can fabricate PCBs in small amounts in a very short time.

At last we can also make front plates. We can do this with our cnc engraver or cnc router on plastics and aluminium. An other option is to print directly on the service of your front panel (can be any material as long as it is heat resistant and flat). This technique is much more affordable than a silk screen print.
